General conditions (valid for all reservations)
- The room price covers all taxes, including city tax. In 2024, the city tax is 11,47% of the room rate.
- Check in to our hotel is possible when at least one person per room is 18 years or older.
- Children until 2 years old can stay for free in the room when using a baby bed or the existing bedding. Children 3 years and older need their own bed in the room.
- Hotel Levell does not accept cash payments.
- Special conditions may apply for groups of 6 rooms or more. We will contact you via email with the payment and cancellation conditions.
- We do not offer a travel insurance. Taking out a travel insurance is your own responsibility and we strongly recommend you to purchase one.
- If you book with us, you agree to our terms and conditions, our privacy statement and our house rules. You can read this online on our website.
Standard rate conditions (only valid for reservations made via this website, or with the hotel direct via email or telephone)
- Payment:
- When you book the Standard rate with credit card guarantee, you can pay on arrival in the hotel. Accepted payment forms are Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro. Please note we do not accept cash. The credit card provided at the time of booking must be presented at check in and must match the credit card of the guest staying at the hotel. If this is not possible, or if this does not match, the check in may be refused. (This information only applies to reservations already made with this rate. From 1 January 2024, this rate is no longer bookable).
- When you book the Standard rate with prepayment, you pay immediately on the website. If the payment is not made, the reservation cannot be completed. Of course, the cancellation deadline stays in force. In case of timely cancellation, the payment will be deposited back immediately.
- Cancellation:
- Cancellation or changes are free of charge until no later than 2 PM (Amsterdam time), 1 day prior to arrival. In case of a change to another date or room type, different prices may apply.
- For cancellations or changes received after 2 PM (Amsterdam time), 1 day prior to arrival, the entire amount will be charged to the specified credit card or to the payment already made via the payment link.
- If you do not check in on the scheduled date, we will hold your reservation until 11 AM the next day (Amsterdam time) and the entire amount will be charged to the specified credit card or to the payment already made via the payment link. If, by 11 AM, we have not heard from you that you will still arrive, we will cancel the reservation.
Non refundable rate conditions (only valid for reservations made via this website, or with the hotel direct via email or telephone)
- Payment:
- When you book a Non-Refundable rate, you pay immediately on the website. If the payment is not made, the reservation cannot be completed.
- Cancellation:
- Cancellation or changes are no longer possible. In case of cancellation, the entire amount will be charged and there will be no refund of fees already paid.
- If you do not check in on the scheduled date, we will hold your reservation until 11 AM the next day (Amsterdam time). If, by 11 AM, we have not heard from you that you will still arrive, we will cancel the reservation. The entire amount will be charged and there will be no refund of fees already paid.
